With nearly 20 years of experience supporting families, I bring a calm, compassionate, and culturally aware approach to my work as a doula. My journey has taken me across the globe, from the United States to Europe, South America, and Africa, where I’ve had the privilege of working with families from a wide range of backgrounds, traditions, and birth practices.

I have completed professional trainings through DONA International, ICEA (International Childbirth Education Association), and Health Connect One, equipping me with a solid foundation in evidence-based care and family-centered support. My practice is rooted in respect, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping families feel informed, empowered, and supported during the perinatal period.

Based in Pasadena, California, I am available to serve families in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties. It is an honor to walk alongside parents during such a meaningful and transformative time in their lives.
