Sharlene’s love for infants started young. She knew she always wanted to have children and mothered everyone around her. Sharlene started her doula journey after her second child, not knowing that her passion was going to lead her into such a rewarding career of doula work. Being a mother for 11.5 years and breastfeeding for 6.5 of those years, she has always been eager to share her knowledge and support with other moms and their loved ones. It is her goal to meet every family with an open heart, open mind, and grace while supporting them in feeling empowered, heard, and supported. As a Birth/Postpartum Doula & Childbirth Educator, Sharlene promises to use her experience, skills, and knowledge to provide individualized and memorable care to every family she serves. When she is not serving families, Sharlene is serving God, her husband, three children, and of course a little relaxation, reading, and nature for some self care.
